Mandoforms - an intelligent alternative to HTML forms

Wherever there is a need for on-line data entry, such as capturing customer and employee information, application forms, questionnaires, conference registration, and on-line registers, Mandoforms helps you to quickly build and deploy an intelligent on-line form to a client's browser, providing seamless connectivity to your existing back-office infrastructure and databases.

Mandoforms automatically validate data entry as the user fills out the form, and intelligent navigation guides the user through the optimum route according to their identity and their responses to previous questions.

Mandoforms customers include the AA, Capita, Sun Microsystems and public sector clients such as Birmingham City Council and the DTI.

Secure forms

Mandoforms are deployed into the client's browser either as a secure Java applet using 168-bit Triple DES encryption or as a HTML pages, optionally secured by a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Mandoforms in action

Aardsoft Consulting have been working with Princeton Healthcare to develop an on-line register for patients who have Hereditary Angioedema. Specialist physicians throughout Europe enter patient data into a MySQL database by interacting with a secure Java applet Mandoform in their browser. Although there are over 300 separate data points, intelligent form navigation means that a patient record can be completed in just a few minutes. The solution is deployed on a Windows NT Server running IIS 4, Apache Tomcat, and MySQL.
